Correct amount but all other detail incorrect on Citi and United/Visa

Worked fine for many years, at Q request changed download type for Citi CC. Then amount of transaction was downloaded, but detail from previous transaction and have to manualy correct. Than Visa started same issue. Credit Union and investments via Fisher download correctly. Any clue how to fix this?

    What exactly is incorrect with the downloads (amount, balance, payees, etc.)? When did this issue begin? Do you receive any error codes or messages?
