I'm still getting the above error connecting to NelNet though the issue was marked as resolved this morning. I can log in on their website and tried disconnecting and reconnecting in Quicken but without success. Any idea for next steps?

But why was the ticket closed and the issue is not resolved. Why [Removed - Language] do I have to call again and open another ticket. I think I will be requesting a refund [Removed - Disruptive/Profanity]!
