NelNet 2FA connection issues
This issue has now been marked as "closed"? Why? It is not resolved….so why is it closed? The connections are still not working. Please address how it can be fixed or what the plan is to provide a solution.

Also still getting the CC-555 error when trying to connect to NelNet.
Web access works fine, PW's Etc are all correct.
Just received Email that this is resolved, It is not

I am having the same problem with NelNet. I have tried removing all of the NelNet accounts from quicken and re-adding them. I get the error: "Oops. There is a connection problem. CC-555."
We need to identify a fix for this. Please provide a detailed description of your plan to address this latent issue.
