Online Error [OL-295-A] Can't Add Fidelity Inv
For the last two years I have tried to add Fidelity Investments to Quicken Classic Deluxe. I just updated Quicken and was hoping they fixed the issue. Unfortunately, I still have the problem…☹️
When I try to add Fidelity, I get this error:
During the last online session, Quicken encountered an online error [OL-295-A]
I go to the Quicken website made for those error codes, and follow everything on them, to no avail.
I call Fidelity, they say its the Quicken Software.
I call Quicken, they say something is wrong with Fidelity's website.
Quicken is listed as an OK app to get through my Window's firewall.
I have about 8 other accounts, Venmo, PayPal, a credit union, a bank, Capitol One credit card, and 3 credit card accounts at Chase. All of these accounts were added without problems.
I have checked my Log name & PW multiple times.
I have a Window 10 PC laptop, fully updated. I can't put Windows 11 on it due to some hardware issue.
I use Windows Firewall and Windows Security (Anti-virus), no other 3rd party protection software.
I have searched this forum, YouTube and the internet, but no help. I was hoping some progress has been made on this topic.
Any ideas?
