Vanguard Cash Plus shows balance properly in 3rd-Party Software [Edited]

If [Removed - 3rd Party-Software] can do that, Quicken — Mac or Windows — should be able to at least do that, too. All I want is to see my Vanguard Cash Plus balance show up in Quicken. My workaround is to add an adjustment in Quicken, which I should not have to do. This is clearly a Quickenb problem, not a Vanguard problem.

    When did this issue begin to occur? Are you receiving any error codes or messages? What is your connection method with Vanguard? You can see the connection method by navigating to Tools > Account List.

    Hello, Jasmine. It began as soon as I entered my new account on March 25. Direct Connect is the method. There are no error codes, just the wrong balance—always a zero balance instead of the deposited amount and interest. I'm forced to manually enter an adjustment to reflect the actual balance. This needs to be fixed by Quicken, not Vanguard.
