Cannot Connect Quicken Simplfi to Kohl's credit card

I see previous questions on same thing from a year ago. Why hasn't this been resolved? I can log into Kohl's website, so I know I have correct info, but cannot connect quicken……"We are unable to connect to Kohls Credit Card at this time. Please try again later.
Care Code: FDP-105" how long is later?

    Same thing for Target RedCard. Will not connect to quicken.
