My Fidelity Benefits 401/403 is doubling the cash value of the account when downloads are accomplished. I am using Quicken Simple Investment Tracking. Where using Simple Investment tracking of 401/403 accounts doubles cash totals in the account totals shown for each account for each download. I then update the cash value to zero. Then the cash value is correctly reflected to the same as the online account. The investment is fully invested by the company from day one. So why is it doubling the cash value? I switched to simple tracking with Fidelity because the full investment tracking kept downloading unidentified transactions which caused balance issues. Quicken Relation and investment tracking has a lot of issues that you must manually deal with after each download for Fidelity Investments.
