Wells Fargo not processing repeating payment cancellation from Quicken

After trying all of the suggestions regarding cancelling a repeating payment through Quicken that didn't work, I finally got to the Digital Wallet Support department at Wells Fargo. They let me know that THEY had to initiate the cancellation (and also my address) through Quicken. They were able to stop the repeating payment AND change the address that was printing on the check. I asked if I could have done it through either my Quicken or Wells Fargo - the answer was NO.

Word to the wise for the future - NEVER set up a repeating payment in Quicken through Wells Fargo if you think you will ever have to change the amount or your address.
