I have been waiting since November for my UpStart loan to start connecting again. There has been an escalated ticket open for it, but I still have not received any updates.

are you able to search by the posts that I have created or the case number? We have been working on this for several months and I really don’t want to start all over again. This is in reference to case number: 10787025.
I'm still having the issue as well. My first post was back in Jan 2024. This connection use to work flawlessly. Now its telling me it can't find my account.
