Acorns and CC-501 Error Code

I have been attempting to connect to my Acorns account for weeks and keep getting the CC-501 error.
What is the issue and how can I fix it?

Since this issue has persisted longer than 1 business day, I recommend that you contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance as they have access to tools we on the Community cannot access, and they can escalate the situation as needed.
