Acorns and CC-501 Error Code

I have been attempting to connect to my Acorns account for weeks and keep getting the CC-501 error.

What is the issue and how can I fix it?

    Since this issue has persisted longer than 1 business day, I recommend that you contact Quicken Support directly for further assistance as they have access to tools we on the Community cannot access, and they can escalate the situation as needed.  The Quicken Support phone number can be found through this link here.
