SOME Transaction Types Not Updating

Quicken Windows Subscription Member ✭✭

Only some of my transactions are downloaded during a One Step Update.

I want to download all for each account.

I read there is a place to set transaction types to download, but I can't find it.

If it matters, the accounts are both Fidelity 401k and Money Market..

    Not possible unless it is the choice of including pending or not including pending transactions.

    Quicken has them as Investing Accounts, which would make sense on the service, but maybe I need to investigate setting them up as different types of accounts. One main issue is 401k contributions not downloading, but I'm sure they used to.

    For your 401k account, what do you have setup as the Financial Institution? It should be "Fidelity NetBenefits", not "Fidelity Investments".

    They are categorized under Investing, for the one mentioned, the name is netbenefits.
