I didn't try emailing it … but a PDF that I created just now displayed plenty of color.
Does color appear in the saved PDF?
Does color appear when you print the reports?
What PDF driver are you using?
And, what Q BUILD and Product are you running? Do HELP, About Quicken for this info.

Are you using the "Quicken PDF Printer" or some other PDF creation tool ?

just tried …. all came out with color -
Print - to Quicken PDF printer
Export - to PDF
Email - you can click on the attachment to preview - received PDF and was color0 -
The email sending of your report is going to use the defaults settings for a print.
To change the default settings for the print, first print it using the print icon ensuring that you have set it to use color.
Once you do that it should now default to a color print, and if you send it using the email icon you should get a report in color.

hmmm - my printer is a B/W laser - and the "color" button is dimmed.
If I select the "Quicken PDF Printer" the color button is checked, and the PDF is in color -
and my other tests were after that - hence, the color rendering -0 -
My printer is also a B/W laser, but I never print on it (seldom print anything at all these days). So, my printer is set to the Quicken PDF Printer. I see that the Windows 11 Microsoft PDF printer allows color too.

I used Cute PDF for my test. And I do have a color (inkjet) printer in addition to my B/W laser.
