There will be users who will get a CC-501/FDP-101 error when trying to connect accounts or when updating accounts with Navy Federal Credit Union.
If you experience this error, it could be for the following reasons:
- You have the same credit card number as someone else on the same account
- Authorized user
If you are experiencing one of these scenarios, we advise that you contact Navy Federal Credit Union, which will provide you with the assistance needed to resolve the issue.
This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
