Cetera connection error - We were unable to connect (QWin)
I have had Cetera connected to Quicken for several years. It stopped working several days ago and will not update. I have tried deactivating all of the online updates for the accounts and adding them back but it will not recognize them. Anyone having these issues?

has anything changed at the Cetera brokerage regarding remote and 3rd party access?0 -
I am having same problem (QWin R56.9 Win11). Last transaction I was able to download was back on 4/15. I wonder if Cetera's webservice is down.

My Financial Advisor called rthe back office and they said it's a known issue. The problem is with Netxinvestor and they are working on it.
But that was 2 days ago and the issue had been ongoing for several days before that.
Not very impressive, but I'm told it's not Quicken.

It's now May 10th and still the problem is not resolved.

The issue is known to Cetera. They are damned slow in addressing it. Apparently, they think that the Quicken users are not worth the effort. If I were them, the risk of them moving their money elsewhere is one I would try to avoid.
