Quicken is not downloading Schwab transactions again. Why is this? and when is the fix expected?

    Hello @BikinJones,

To help troubleshoot this issue, please provide more information. When did this issue restart? Are you seeing any error messages/error codes? Is this affecting all of your Schwab accounts? Are all of your Schwab accounts under the same User ID?

I look forward to your response!

I'm having this or a similar problem also; it just started. With my One Step Update it is set up to download my brokerage account and an Investor Checking Account. The latter works, but since 5/6 dividends have been paid and have not downloaded. No error messages or codes, nor does it show anything under downloaded transactions to be accepted. Both of these accounts are under the same Schwab ID/login.

If your problem is with Schwab missing transactions (buys and sells for SWVXX and SWGXX), missing the promissed fix by end of first quarter '24, and not communicating with the consumers add your comments to the FINRA FILE 20240819885. Quicken says thousands of customers are affected. Seems we should consolidate our dissatisfaction and the negative impact it has caused.

I tried all the suggestions from your response on March 16. These suggestions did not work. I get the message that transactions downloaded, But the section. that says "Accept downloaded transactions into transaction list" is empty. Also, the discussion has been closed and I could not comment on your response to me.
