Incorrect Placement of Decimal Point

Amounts are showing incorrectly with thousand showing as millions….

Institution is TIAA. Below is a sample.

$16,839.64 is showing as $1,683,964.00

    How has the security in question been defined? As Stock or Mutual Fund?
    If it's defined as a Bond (when in reality it isn't) … that would explain the x100 factor.

    It is a simple Brokered CD and it was showing correctly for months until this week…

    If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone during posted hours of operation and request help. Let them do a screen share session with you to review the situation on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.

    Done that already. They don't know how long it will take the Escalation Team to resolve. I think a division function in the code my sufice…
