No transactions downloading AMEX

    I too have been having this same problem since late March. Running Classic Business & Personal on Windows 10. Have subscribed for updates on this problem but not seeing any. Hopefully, I installed release R56.9 this morning but the issue persists. The update summary shows "update completed" and nothing is reported as an "error" but there are no transactions since my last manual download and there should be multiple transactions each day

    Like others - a busy account and frustrating to lose previously convenient visibility

    Hello @Horsefly,

    I have taken the time to review your account and the internal errors with American Express. I have found that you are receiving an FDP-350 error. We do currently have an active alert regarding this specific error code with American Express. You may follow this link to access that alert where you can bookmark it to remain up to date with any further information. Within the alert, it is recommended to go through the authorization process again as this may resolve the issue.
