I have had problems downloading since the end of Jan. I keep trying to set up for download over and over. Spoke to Amex this morning, they said to contact Q. When I try to set up, I get an error message something like, "Sorry… (it's not your fault). Please help, this is a big problem! Ray

Due to the nature of this error message, I suggest contacting Quicken Support directly for further assistance as an escalation may be in order.
