I am having a similar problem with One Step Update in Quicken for PC. I get Operation failed; OL-301-A

I too can log in to the Cetera website, but since a few days ago, Quicken can't update.

Quicken updates all other banks without a problem, but not Cetera.

    Running R56.9 Build 27.1.56.9

Thank you, but that didn't fix the problem.

    No change.

Thank you for following up, though I'm sorry to hear that the instructions failed to resolve the error.

Since the steps did not resolve the issue, then as stated within the article, you will need to contact your financial institution for further assistance:
"If there are no alerts in the Community, you will need to contact your financial institution for assistance. Quicken does not have access to the financial institution's servers to be able to correct the problem.

This may require you request to speak with an online services specialist that handles transaction download issues at the financial institution.  If your financial institution states they can't assist, an escalation with them may be necessary."

We apologize for any inconvenience! Thank you.

I am having the same issue. I believe Cetera may have changed something associated the connection. I contacted their Support team and the gentleman I talked to said that the last change was made 18 months ago, so it shouldn't have stopped working. His recommendation was to download the transaction data and import it into Quicken, but that doesn't work very well if you have multiple Cetera accounts. Can Quicken work with Cetera to resolve this issue?

According to Cetera, there's been a change in the fee required for them to use the Quicken API for this function. They said something like "by the end of the year…" to which I said "OMG!! are you kidding??"

They know this is an issue, but they are terribly slow to respond and address it.

As they are the only financial institution that I'm having this problem with, it's getting tempting to move.
