Problem connecting with the new California Coast Credit Union DIGITAL site?
I am on Quicken Windows. Cal Coast Credit Union's new secure site is digital.calcoastcu.org (was www.calcoastcu.org). I cannot link to this new digital site in Quicken.

Hello @taffeys,
What exactly is occurring? Are you receiving any error codes or messages? Have you spoke with Cal Coast Credit Union regarding their new website?
Let me know!

Hello @Quicken Jasmine,
I was moved by Cal Coast CU (with my permission) from their original site www.calcoastcu.org to their new digital site www.digital.calcoastcu.org. When I go to Add Account and search for California Coast Credit Union the only option available is www.calcoastcu.org so I cannot add the digital site. This not a Cal Coast CU issue. Is there a way to force the Quicken Add Account process to use this new web site?

This not a Cal Coast CU issue.
of course it is - Quicken is a business that companies contract with for financial download services.
Just like moving your acct to the "digital" URL -
if the CU didn't inform Quicken of this change, then the old downloading conduit is the only one that Quicken knows about -Since the manual Quicken "Web Connect" protocol is listed with the old website,
have you looked around the new Digital website for any info or downloading capabilities regarding Quicken ?BTW - the URLs you have listed for the new Digital website don't work - not found -

Thanks for explaining the process that I was not aware of. There is nothing on the new digital website that covers the downloading process.
I have just informed Cal Coast CU of the issue and will advise their response.
Sorry about the bad url; you can't logon to the digital site without a user name and password. https://digital.calcoastcu.org/apps/ccolb/#_frmLogin

UPDATE: Cal Coast CU support responded "Our Early Access platform does not currently offer a direct connection to third-party vendors not directly affiliated with Cal Coast. This is being researched as a future enhancement to our Early Access platform. At present, you can download your account history to a CSV File and import the information into Quicken." Just another step but no big deal.

I don’t think Quicken Windows can import CSV format files

I see that Cal Coast CU can also export QFX format files. I'll give both a try tomorrow.

Manually download the QFX file… and then IMPORT into Quicken

The download of the QFX file and its subsequent import into Quicken were successful.
