Constant need for deactivate/reactivate with EWC - credit unions?

Anyone else having this issue since the whole debacle back in december?

Seems almost all my credit union accounts (which use EWC) just magically stop downloading transactions (no errors, it just doesn't download anything). Only way I can fix it is to deactivate and reactivate the account.

Broadview Credit Union

Bask Bank

Northwest Federal Credit Union

Axos Checking

Service Credit Union

I'm sure I can find others.

    Hello @mjonis,

First, I suggest that you sign out of your data file completely and then sign back in. In doing so, you will refresh the registration token for your Online Connected Services. It is always recommended to save a backup before proceeding. Please follow the steps below in order to do so.

    1. Navigate to Edit
    2. Preferences...
    3. Quicken ID & Cloud accounts
    4. Click Sign in as a different user (or it might say Sign in using a different Quicken ID)
    5. Follow the prompts to Sign Out
    6. Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password

Let me know how it goes!

Already did that. In fact, after I did that, almost every account required a deactivate/reactivate (this was with Quicken Support on a different matter, they had me logout/login again). I figured since that was 3-4 weeks ago, the problem should've been resolved, but it periodically happened again.

    Hello @mjonis,

Have you contacted Quicken Support regarding this specific matter?

    Thanks!
