ONGOING 5/15/24 Bank Bill Pay not sending bills (Direct Connect)
Users are encountering an issue where their bills are not being sent through Bank Bill Pay using Direct Connect. They create a bill transaction to be sent out but when they run a One-Step Update to send the instruction to their bank, the status of the bill stays in Send instead of Sent. This has been affecting multiple financial institutions.
If you are experiencing this issue, we recommend that you contact Quicken Support for further assistance.
This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.
