Hello @Yvonne,
To help troubleshoot this issue, please provide more information. When did you first notice this issue? Do you keep your Quicken file directly on your local hard drive? Was there anything that happened just before the issue started, such as a program update, unexpected computer or program shutdown, power outage, etc.? Is this happening just in the one account, or are you seeing this in multiple accounts? Are the reminders visible on the Bills & Income tab?
I look forward to your response!

This has been happening for a while. I'm only reporting it now because I am posting to the community on another, more critical, issue. It is happening on my bank and credit card accounts. The bills/reminders are visible on the bills/income tab. i don't recall their status on bill/reminders because I manually posted everything that should have been showing up on the list.

Thank you for your reply,
There are a couple things that can cause this.
The first is if, for whatever reason, the reminder is showing an incorrect account. If that is what's causing it, then the issue can be corrected by editing the reminders to reflect the correct account.
The other possible cause is file issues. If it is a file issue causing the issue, then the first step to troubleshoot this is validating and/or super validating your data file. Please save a backup file prior to performing these steps.
Validate:
- File
- Validate and Repair File...
- Validate File
- Click OK
- Close the Data Log
- Close Quicken (leave it closed for at least 5 secs)
- Reopen Quicken and see if the issue persists.
If the issue persists, proceed to Super Validate. If the issue is resolved after performing validation, then please disregard the instructions to Super Validate.
Super Validate:
- File
- Hold CTRL + Shift and click Validate and Repair File...
- Super Validate File
- Click OK
- Close the Data Log
- Close Quicken (leave it closed for at least 5 secs)
- Reopen Quicken and see if the issue persists.
Please let me know how it goes!
