Quicken Desktop says that my Fidelity account has unreviewed transactions, but I don't see any

Whenever I reconcile my Fidelity (brokerage) account, a dialog box says that I have unreviewed transactions. However, I see none in the attached screenshot.

I tried to reset the account in the Online Services tab of the Account Details dialog, but it said that I can't do that until I accept downloaded transactions, which there aren't any, as you see above.

How can I fix this?

Go to Tools→Online Center to see if anything is shown there.

Thanks. I see the downloaded bond purchase transaction in the Online Center, but I can't seem to do anything with it. It looks like a bug.
