OL-393-A - Issues downloading from Cambridge Trust Co,

For years I have used Cambridge trust online banking successfully with Quicken. Now for the last few weeks when I go to download transactions I get this error message: OL-393-A. It appears that the transactions are in fact downloading, but I don't how to tell if they're complete. I will attach a screenshot.
I'll appreciate any help you can give me because the bank tech couldn't figure it out. [Removed - Privacy]

Hello @carpenter1942,
An OL-393 error message can occur for any of the following reasons:
- The Quicken account has some incorrect account information or is hidden.
- The Quicken account is activated for download, but the financial institution no longer has the account available on their server.
- The Quicken account has online bill payment activated, but it has not been signed up for at the financial institution.
You may follow this link to access a FAQ that provides more information as well as troubleshooting steps. It is recommended to save a backup before proceeding.
I hope this helps!
