Order number
The application has too many issues for me to want to continue attempting to use it.
Graphical bugs, significant latency when syncing data from financial institutions, and a memory leak that was causing my system to crash.
When trying to submit a refund request the form requires an order number that is at no point provided throughout the purchase process or confirmation email.

I attempted to locate your order within our system using your Quicken ID, but was, unfortunately, unsuccessful.
If you don't mind, could you please tell us the date your order was placed as well as the exact amount you were charged?
