Citi Retail Credit Cards

I have posted this before, contacted Quicken support and the Citi retail card companies.

I am runinng Q windows lates version.

This morning I received another popup message from Q on how to setup reminders for bills with Citi retail cards. Doesn't work. Q teck support says Citi retail cards no longer work with Q bill reminders.

Why do I get this message on how to set these cards up.

Q moderators please respond.

I do not have the ticket number since Quicken stated they no longer support Quicken bill reminders and I verified with Exxon. Shell and Home Depot that they do not support Quicken. Infact Home depot isn't even listed as an insitution. The HD consumer cat FI is gone. Exxon, Shell and WAWA are also not listed as FI anymore.

This is fine with me but why do I get these messages how to set up these Citi retail accounts.
