I recently moved from Merrill Lynch to UBS Financial Services for our investment accounts. On the UBS site, I activated the Financial Software Download (OFX). The next day, I was able to successfully add all new accounts and link them; however, all accounts have an opening date of 0/0/1900 and no transactions will download. All accounts show Transaction Download as Direct Connect. When I do an update, all accounts show as no transactions to download - there are no error messages. I am using Quicken Business & Personal subscription at version R56.9. Any assistance would be appreciated.
