I'm having a similar problem with Schwab accounts. One in my name and one in my spouse's name. If I get my spouse's account updating OK then my account will not update. When I fix my Schwab account, then my wife's account doesn't update. Here is what I get when her account is updating OK, but mine is not:
————————Charles Schwab & Co., Inc.
CC-800 [Removed - Personal Information] 1 accounts
It appears one or more account(s) at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. have been deleted. This could happen if your restored from a backup file. You must add the account(s) to Quicken again. Select Fix it to resolve this error. For more information see the FAQ.
————Of course my account(s) have not been closed or deleted. Also, when I go thru the process of fixing this, my account is now good but my wife's accounts now have the update problem described above.
Hope this is helpful in resolving this issue.

Hello @videobob68,
To help troubleshoot this issue, please provide additional information. Are your account and your spouse's account under separate User IDs with Schwab? Are you authorized users on each other's accounts?
If you are authorized users on each other's accounts, then when you are connecting/reconnecting accounts, be very careful to ensure you are adding/linking only the accounts under the User ID that is getting the CC-800 errors. If you see any of the accounts under the other User ID showing in the Add/Link list in Quicken, make sure it shows "Don't add to Quicken" in the action column for those accounts. The reason for this is because most financial institutions do not give permissions for authorized users to download into 3rd party apps like Quicken, so if an account is connected under the authorized user's credentials instead of the primary account holder's credentials, it can cause the CC-800 errors you are seeing.
I look forward to your response!
Quicken Kristina
