Just had to Deactivate and Reactivate all accounts to NFCU and now I'm missing Transactions

I had an old account that I could not connect to because of a long standing issue with quicken, I had avoided deactivating all accounts connected to Navy Federal, today I bit the bullet and Deactivates all NFCU accounts and reconnected them. Now I have old transactions that have been randomly deleted. What do I do, I restored the back-up I made and balances are right there,
