Downloads only 2 of 3 Schwab accounts to Quicken (edit)

We have 3 new accounts at Charles Schwab. 2 accounts downloaded perfectly. The third account does not download. I have set up the account to download (with no luck) and deleted the account at least 5 times. It still doesn't download. I called Charles Schwab and they said I should contact Quicken. I really don't want to manually adjust it. What should I do?

    Is there anything different, at Schwab, with the problem account? Say, retirement vs non-retirement, different ownership, etc?

    And, for these accounts, what's your download method? Direct Connect, etc? Do TOOLS, Account List and look in the "Transactions Download" column adjacent to the account names for this info.

    Are you getting any error codes or messages re: this issue?

    And, what BUILD of Q are you running? Do HELP, About Quicken for this info.

    @Ketchup You posted in a Quicken Mac cateogry, but your usaer profile says you are using Quicken Windows — which one of those is wrong? We can have a moderator move the thread to a Windows category if that's what you're using.
