American Express bills not downloading
I have tried "review and repair online billers" and it shows 3 orphan accounts with a zero balance and a May 15 due date, which I have deleted. The bills never update, no matter how many times I try this and try "refresh bill". I have to go to the AMEX site each month to check the balance on my 5 AMEX accounts, and then go to "quick pay". When doing this, I cannot pay past the current date. HOW DO I FIX THIS?

Have you tried removing and re-adding the online biller? First, I do recommend that you save a backup of your data file first (just in case). Then, to remove the bill; in the Bills & Income tab, please navigate to the Settings gear icon on the top-right, and select Manage Online billers. From there, in the Actions column, click on the downward arrow next to Edit Password and click Remove (see example below).
Once the biller has been removed, go ahead and try to re-add it and see if the issue still continues to persist.

I have 6 AMEX accounts. Should I remove them all and then add them back, or should I remove them all and add one back at a time. I think that I have tried this already, but perhaps I'm doing it wrong

I would remove all of the American Express accounts before attempting to add any back.

@mnem, did @Quicken Jasmine 's suggestion work? I have the same issue and tried this solution months ago with no success. I'm checking with you before I try it again.
