Elan (Fidelity Visa)

For the last two days I have not been able to download transactions for Elan credit card (Fidelity Visa). It just does nothing - no error codes because it doesn't seem to connect. The only way I can end it is to use task manager to end the task, which is getting to be a pain. What is the issue and will it be be fixed?

    Hello @jj,

To start with, I suggest you try signing out of your data file completely and then signing back in to refresh the registration token for your Online Connected Services. However, I do recommend that you first save a backup file prior to performing these steps.

    1. Navigate to Edit
    2. Preferences...
    3. Quicken ID & Cloud accounts
    4. Click Sign in as a different user (or it might say Sign in using a different Quicken ID)
    5. Follow the prompts to Sign Out
    6. Sign back in using your Quicken ID (email) and password

Once that is done, see if the issue still continues to persist.

    I hope this helps!

Anja, thanks for the suggestion. It didn't fix the problem. I tried to reset the account and also deactivate - it isn't able to get to the accounts online. I am able to download transactions from the Elan website.

    Thank you for following up.

Is it still doing the same thing where no error codes or messages are generated? Or is something different happening after you performed the previous steps?

    Thank you!
