M&T Bank: eBiller connection is "Degraded"

Just went through both M&T Bank Support and Quicken Support since eBills are no longer downloading and making a payment to M&T Bank fails.
Result from Quicken Support: "The connection to M&T Bank is listed as DEGRADED" and therefore not working. Advice was to try again in 24-248 hours.
It would be great to see the status directly without having to go through Support.

M&T Bank eBiller does in fact currently show it has a Degraded status, which is why it will fail to connect at this time.
Unfortunately, these statuses are only visible internally and we do not have an ETA on when this degraded status will be resolved. However, if you don't want to wait on hold to contact Support and check on this status, you're welcome to post here in the Community and tag any moderator as we also have the ability to check these internal eBiller statuses.
