Issues Connecting to eBillers like Apple Card in Quicken - Seeking Help!
I've been encountering persistent issues when trying to connect to eBillers, specifically with my Apple credit card. Each time I attempt to establish a connection, I receive multiple dual access requests from the VA area, which I authorize, but unfortunately, the biller connection never completes, and the status eternally remains pending.
Considering these services are promoted as compatible with Quicken, it's frustrating when they don't function as smoothly as one would expect. Has anyone else experienced similar problems? If so, how did you manage to resolve this issue? Are there specific settings or steps I might be missing?
Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I navigate this. Looking forward to your insights and hoping for a solution that helps us all enjoy the full benefits of Quicken's eBilling features.

Hello @Brian McCaffrey,
I went ahead and checked the internal status of Apple Card eBiller and unfortunately, it shows a degraded status which is why it will fail to connect at this time. We do not have an ETA on when this degraded status will be resolved.
We apologize for any inconvenience! Thank you.-Quicken Anja

Just checking in again on the same topic.. Can you check if the status is still degraded? Is there anything I should do or just leave it Pending?
Thank you

Hello @Brian McCaffrey,
At this time, Apple Card eBiller, unfortunately, does still show a degraded status.
As for your question; you can leave it as Pending or remove it. Either way is fine.
Thank you!

Please consider this alternative to using Bill Manager. Many banks and billers, in an attempt to better secure their computer systems from hackers, are no longer willing to support third-party data aggregators like Quicken, Intuit, etc.
