How to generate API key for coinbase

I've tried to create a Coinbase account in Quicken. I select "Coinbase - Bitcoin Wallet". It prompts for an "API Key" and "API Secret Key".

So I log into my Coinbase website and lookup "How to create an API key". First step is "Select the Profile Menu in the top-right corner of the Exchange dashboard". I don't see a profile menu.

I'm completely new to crypto and to Coinbase. I would like to track the Bitcoin price and my account balance in Quicken. Anyone else able to enter these keys and track your Coinbase account?
