J.Crew credit card - CC-503 and Quicken has wrong URL (edit)
I know my login credentials are correct but when I attempt to link in Quicken I get a CC-503 error saying my credentials are incorrect.

If you have not already done so, you might find this Support Article helpful:
.Pay special attention to what it says regarding special characters in PWs:
New passwords: If you are required to make a new password, be aware that some special characters may cause errors in Quicken. These special characters are the ampersand (&), left carat (<), right carat (>), backslash (\), and forward slash (/).
Perhaps this might be the reason you are getting that CC-503 error code?

The reason for those character restrictions is that they have special meaning in HTML, which is how Q transmits the info to the FIs.

Our J.Crew simply stopped working, but then I discovered that my wife got a new card and they changed from their own web card processing to Synchrony. But, when I attempt to add the new card to Quicken, J.Crew only brings up the old login location to connect. This needs to be updated in Quicken to match the new J.Crew partnership with Synchrony. The site is now
, not the old J.Crew address. I even tried all other Synchrony card options in Quicken, but no luck. When can we reasonably expect the updated link to be provided to login into the new J.Crew MC site so we can enable on-step updates again? This is not about having the wrong credentilas in our case.0 -
if any new info is required - it is up to J.Crew to submit those changes to Quicken and Intuit -
Does the new website offer any downloading capability -

Thanks. I contacted J.Crew Synchrony and they presently do not have an automated provision via Quicken. One must download via Web site login, navigate to Statements, Download with a date range into Quicken format, etc., etc. Ugh! Thankfully we very rarely use that card.

if you can download your transaction data - and they actually offer the Quicken QFX download format - do it -
then try clicking on that downloaded QFX file and see if Quicken will Import it ?
also - if you open that QFX file with Notepad - it's just plain text -
and scroll down for the FID or BID 5-digit number - and let us know what it is -
we can see what entry matches in the Quicken Add Account config file -here is my Chase data -
