Issue with Vanguard Ascensus retirement - no longer supported ? (edit)

I have not been able to download transactions from Vanguard Ascensus for several days. Please advise.

    Could you please further elaborate on what exactly occurs when you attempt to download transactions? Do you receive any specific error code(s) and/or message(s) that you can provide us with here, please?

    I disconnected my Vanguard Ascensus Retirement account. My attempts to reconnect to the account have failed. Below is the error log:

    Ascensus customer service told me on May 21 that they were no longer allowing connection to Quicken.

    Vanguard is not downloading as of May 27. Message is: Your financial institution does not recognize the account Vanguard Investments (88016940574). [OL-304-A] Additional information from Vanguard: - nothing was entered.
