Banco Popular de Puerto Rico - Credit Cards

Hi,

Long time user here (since 1994).

For a number of months BANCO POPULAR DE PUERTO RICO EWC would not allow update of credit card accounts. Only Checking account is available to link.

Is this a known issue? I have removed all accounts and performed the online setup of each but only the checking account appears as an available account in the EWC account setup.

To assist with this issue, please provide more information. When you try to add the credit cards, are you getting any error messages? On the Add/Link screen, does it see the credit card accounts, but not allow you to link them, or does it see only the Checking account? Is the login ID/password for the credit cards the same as the login ID/password for your Checking account? Are you the primary account holder for the credit cards? Are the credit card accounts active (for instance, have they had transactions in the last 90 days)? Are the accounts considered a external accounts (i.e. are you redirected to a different website when selecting the accounts on the bank's website)? If so, what URL are you redirected to? Are the credit cards considered a subtype of a different account? Has the bank made any recent changes to their website or login process?
