Do any of these payee's work, they are listed, but I have never seen them make a connection.

Chase

USAA

AARP — The Hartford

Verizon Wireless

Before I give up trying, I'd like to know if any of those payee's work for you.

Also, if they do not work, why does quicken show them as a select-able payee.

To assist with this issue, please provide more information. What happens when you try to connect to these billers?

For the Chase connection, is this for a credit card that is directly under Chase and is that credit card account connected in your Quicken?

AARP — The Hartford and USAA are currently showing in Degraded status. Degraded means it's a known issue that is in work, but there is currently no ETA.

Verizon Wireless shows Healthy, meaning most people can connect. What is happening when you try to connect? Are you able to connect, but then get disconnected later? Are you seeing any error messages?
