ONGOING 6/6/24 Quicken Loans (Rocket Mortgage) - FDP-105/ “Sorry. We encountered an error."

We have identified that users with Quicken Loans are receiving an FDP-105 in Quicken Classic for Mac & “Sorry. We encountered an error. (It’s not your fault.)” in Quicken Classic for Windows.

This has been escalated internally, though we do not have an ETA at this time.

    UPDATE 5/30/24

    Our teams have confirmed that the errors are being caused by the financial institution blocking our servers.
