ERROR OL-293-A Bank of Colorado

I suddenly am having an issue with this error. My accounts are correctly listed and engaged with Bank of Colorado. I called them yesterday and there is nothing seemingly out of sorts with any of our 5 accounts yet I continue to get this message when I try to update the accounts. What is wrong and why can't I seem to get any help. I do not think this is the fault of the bank. What to do?
