I downloaded my empower accounts but the balances read zero after syncing

I can see in our internal system you are connecting to "Empower Retirement" in our financial institution list. If so, it appears the URL that instance connects to is "massmutual.com" in which case, please be aware we have an open Alert regarding a zero balance with Empower accounts which you can view here. Please keep in mind that while the alert refers to a different instance, the URL is the same which causes this issue to apply to what you are experiencing.
