Health Equity transactions are unable to match and duplicate transactions
When downloading from HealthEquity, Quicken is unable to match transactions (It is downloading the whole year when I use diff computers - this is a separate issue, have another post about it, so let's skip this issue).
Th transactions are not matching with existing ones. Worse, there are transactions downloaded in duplicate. Messed my file completely.
What is going on? Wasn't like this until a couple months ago.

To assist with this issue, please provide more information. Is this happening only with HealthEquity, or are other financial institutions also having issues with downloaded transactions? Does HealthEquity download via One Step Update, or are you downloading a file from the financial institution website and uploading that file into your Quicken?
Was there anything that changed a couple months ago that may be impacting Quicken's ability to match transactions? For instance, are Payees downloading differently? Are transactions coming in with a different category than they previously did? Are the amounts different from the transactions they should be matching to?
For the duplicate transactions, if you haven't done so already, I recommend that you check the Downloaded ID column to see if the value there is different or not. If it is different, then that would explain why Quicken doesn't recognize that the transaction already downloaded. The Downloaded ID column doesn't display in your register by default. To make it visible, go to the gear icon at the upper right of the register, then click on Register columns.
That will bring up a list of columns you can select. Click the checkbox next to Downloaded ID to select it, then click the Done button.

Currently trying a new method
I was running Q in a file in onedrive, which seem to be the reason behind downloading the whole year of transactions instead of just the new ones.
since I posted this, changed to using onedrive only to transfer file between the 3 computers I use and so far have not seem the issue, since it does not do a whole year download.
for now, you can close the case.
But need to note only healthequity was having not recognizing previous transactions and duplicates generated.
