FDP-102 trying to connect to East Texas Professional Credit Union

New user trying to initially connect to East Texas Professional Credit Union. Error fdp-102. I've tried multiple times over 2 days. My password does not have a problematic special character. I've done all the things suggested to fix the issue. Still unable to link account.

    To help troubleshoot this issue, I checked on our end and can see you're using Quicken Simplifi. This is the Quicken Classic Community.
