error: Account needs attention (Care: FDP-530)
"We are unable to connect to Glacier Family of Banks at this time."
I am very frustrated. I just got my Quicken account up and rolling smoothly. We are using it primarily to track our expenses and develop and follow a budget. At times for the first few months (started in January of this year), these types of errors would pop up. If I waited a few days and/or if I reset the connection, it would correct itself. I have not been able to connect and obtain my bank transactions since May 4th now. Can someone please let me know how I should proceed from here. If this continues, what is the use of having a Quicken product?

To assist with this issue, I checked on our end. I can see you are using Quicken Simplifi. This is the Quicken Classic Community. For better assistance, I recommend reaching out to the Quicken Simplifi Community, or reaching out to their Support directly.
