We are unable to connect to Insperity at this time. Care Code: FDP-101

I am very disappointed with how many product connection errors I'm experiencing as a new user of this product who is moving over from Mint, especially with no free trial offered. A paid service's integrations would be expected to be much more seamless and robust than a free one, but that hasn't been my experience at all.
Pennymac has apparently been down for some time based on another thread, and I cannot get Insperity to log in either.
It's throwing the error: "We are unable to connect to Insperity at this time.
Care Code: FDP-101"
Is there a timeline on these repairs?
