Fidelity Investments sync has been down for a while now.
I downloaded, from Fidelity Investments into Q, just this morning. Multiple transactions came it.
And just now I downloaded Quotes successfully.
SO, what specific problem are you having? Any error messages or codes? And what constitutes "for a while now"?
And what Q product, and BUILD of that product are you running? Do HELP, About Quicken for this info.
Also, which Fidelity download link are you trying to download with: Fidelity Investments or Fidelity - Investments & Retirement Accounts? You can get this information from Account List or from the Online Services tab of Account Details.
