Cannot add a new Chase Bank Credit Card

Quicken Windows Subscription Member
Quicken was not downloading the correct info for my accounts. I deleted accounts and trying to add again as a new account. Quicken cannot connect to Chase. Chase accounts are allowed to be shared via my permission. What can I do to connect them into Quicken? Is Chase the problem or Quicken?

What exactly is occurring when attempting to add your new Chase credit card? Are you receiving any error codes or messages? When did this issue begin to occur? Do you have other Chase accounts that are operating correctly?
