FIRST BANK and PAYPAL - both have stopped downloading (edit)

  1. For almost a year, I've been trying to get Quicken's attention about the issue with First Bank. I have three accounts using for my small business. I must update them MANUALLY because Quicken cannot communicate with the financial institution after one of its updates or upgrades (I cannot recall). I posted messages here and contacted technical support in many ways. NO LUCK, and my messages in the Community have been closed without explanation.
  2. For a month now, Quicken has lost contact with PayPal's credit card. Communication was OK for more than four months. Suddenly, it stopped after one of the Quicken updates.

I'll appreciate to receive your attention in this matters. Thanks.

    Could you please elaborate and tell us exactly what happens when you attempt to connect with either of these financial institutions? Do you receive any specific error code(s) and/or message(s) that you can provide us with here, please?
